The lawsuit against Blizzard, in which the company was accused of covering up sexual harassment and discrimination against female employees, continues to hit the game publisher. Overwatch League sponsors Coca-Cola and State Farm may stop supporting the competition.
The announcements from the companies follow news that another sponsor, T-Mobile, has declined to associate its brand with the Overwatch League and Call of Duty League.
In a statement, Coca-Cola noted that it is aware of the accusations against Activision Blizzard and that the company will reconsider its plans in this regard.
Prominent insurance company State Farm has also said it will consider its relationship with the Overwatch League and will not run its ads during matches this weekend.
It's worth noting that these partnerships are an important source of revenue for Activision Blizzard's esports leagues.
