According to the channel, North Korean hackers linked to military intelligence allegedly conducted operations between 2014 and 2020.
Banks and companies around the world, including film studios and cryptocurrency traders, have become victims of cyber attacks.
US national security officials emphasize that the defendants used sophisticated technology in their operations that underscore North Korea's status as “a leading cybercrime threat.”
Recall that earlier South Korea also accused the DPRK of trying to steal data on vaccines against COVID-19.
