Two earthquakes have occurred in Chile. Experts have warned of the threat of a tsunami, MIR 24 reports.
The first, with a magnitude of 7, was felt in Valparaiso. People were urgently evacuated from the beach area of Cartagena. After the tidal wave left, they found a lot of fish thrown onto the sand on the shore. And soon a second earthquake of magnitude 5.8 shook the capital of the country, Santiago. According to the seismological center of Chile, its epicenter was 65 kilometers from the city.
