Former coach of the Russian national team Stanislav Cherchesov on his return to Spartak: absolutely ready

The new head coach of the Hungarian “Ferencvaros” Stanislav Cherchesov admitted that he allows a return to work in Moscow “Spartak”. He told about this in an interview with the journalist “Championship.com”.
The 58-year-old specialist noted that he was “absolutely ready” to become the coach of the red and white again. He also spoke highly of Spartak's owner Leonid Fedun.
On December 20, it became known about the appointment of Cherchesov to the post of head coach of Ferencvaros. It is also possible that the specialist will start working at the helm of the Hungarian national team in parallel.
Prior to that, Cherchesov headed the Russian national team. He left the team after an unsuccessful performance at the European Championships, when the Russians failed to overcome the group stage of the tournament. His place was taken by Valery Karpin.
Cherchesov headed Spartak in 2007-2008. Together with the club, he became the silver medalist of the Russian championship.
