Russian skier Tatyana Sorina won a bronze medal in the 10 km freestyle mass start as part of the second stage of the Tour de Ski race in Oberstdorf, Germany. The results are available on the website of the International Ski Federation (FIS).
American skier Jesse Diggins became the winner of the race. She covered the distance in 21 minutes and 30.8 seconds. The Russian finished third, 0.8 seconds behind her. Sweden's Frida Karlsson finished second, 0.5 seconds back.
Another Russian woman finished in the top ten. Natalia Nepryaeva took eighth place.
Earlier on December 31, Russian Alexander Bolshunov won a silver medal in the 15 km freestyle mass start at the Tour de Ski stage in Oberstdorf. The winner was Klebo. He covered the distance in 32 minutes and 26.4 seconds. The Russian finished second, 13.4 seconds away. Norwegian Shur Rete finished third, four seconds back.
