Canada bans gold imports from Russia

The Government of Canada has banned the import of gold from Russia.

Thus, the country has closed access to official international markets for products and further limited Russia's ability to raise funds for waging war against Ukraine.

This is reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Canada.
