Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said that the Cabinet of Ministers has significantly expanded the list of critical imports.
– It was supplemented, in particular, by meat and edible offal, milk and dairy products, vegetables, nuts, coffee, tea, cereals, wheat flour, juices, fats and vegetable oils, sugar and confectionery. A number of military goods were also included in the list,” Shmyhal said.
In addition, according to him, a Coordinating Center for the Provision of Food Products, Medicines, Drinking Water and Fuel was created, which will work 24/7 to provide war-affected cities and regions with everything they need.
– The Cabinet of Ministers, during the martial law, has simplified the procedure for the purchase of goods, works and services for the needs of the defense of Ukraine, ensuring the livelihoods of the population and the functioning of the state. Such purchases will be made by decision of the head of the customer or the state property management body, the prime minister said.
