On Thursday, December 23, in the Zaporozhye region, a minibus overturned, which was transporting children-athletes.
According to the police, at the time of the accident there were 20 children aged 10-12 in the vehicle.
They were accompanied by three parents and a coach. After the traffic accident, all passengers went to their destination by passing transport.
Only the coach of young athletes asked for medical help. The nature of his injuries is not specified.
& # 8212; The investigator initiated criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 286 (Violation of traffic rules or operation of transport by persons driving vehicles) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, – the police reported.
Law enforcement agencies have drawn up an administrative protocol under Art. 140 (Violation of the rules, norms and standards of road and street maintenance, failure to take measures to timely prohibit or restrict traffic) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The police questioned all participants and eyewitnesses of the accident, including children who were in the minibus.
