According to the data of the Aviation Forest Protection of the Russian Federation, on May 22, in 12 regions of Russia, forest services and emergency officials extinguished 57 forest fires on an area of ​​​​2087 hectares.

Today, 84 forest fires on an area of ​​more than 52 ha. Last week, the area engulfed in flames was about 20 thousand hectares.

The most difficult situation remains in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, where forests are burning in the Sayano-Shushensky Reserve.
