The Viennese hope for the first home win of the season against Ried. Admira welcomes WSG Tirol, Wolfsberg welcomes the newcomer from Klagenfurt. The kick-off is at 5 p.m.
If Austria meets Ried, “Veilchen” coach Manfred Schmid “still has one bill open”. The Viennese lost 1: 2 at the start of the season, at the start of the second half of the season, the Innviertler will be in Favoriten on Saturday (5 p.m.). Austria has drawn five times in five home games there this season. The Rieder sees the table position at an advantage.
WSG Tirol also wants to start again with the beginning of the second half of the season. Before the guest appearance at Admira, coach Thomas Silberberger recalled the 1-1 at the start of the season, when the equalizer for the Südstadt team fell deep into stoppage time. “That was a reflection of the whole first half of the season. We gave away too many points. Now a new chapter begins,” said Silberberger.
Last but not least, the WAC has to deal with Austria Klagenfurt. Wolfsberg has not yet achieved three wins in a row under Robin Dutt. In the Carinthian home derby, however, that could succeed. The guests appear weakened.
