Bulgarian President Rumen Radev at a briefing following the meeting of the Bucharest Nine heads of state expressed confidence that Russia would win as a result of its special operation in the Donbass. It is reported by TASS.

“Tonight we discussed many aspects of this crisis. But we must keep in mind that, most likely, it is obvious that the Russian Federation will win this war, ”he said.

According to him, the European security architecture has collapsed, and therefore it is necessary to analyze why this happened, as well as take measures in order to rebuild this system.

Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the decision on negotiations with Moscow should be made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. He noted that such issues are decided by the head of state and the cabinet of ministers. According to Stoltenberg, the North Atlantic Alliance wants to see how “Russia will stop the attacks against Ukraine.”
