In Kharkov, two little boys were seized from the family, who were found in an abandoned house. An administrative protocol was drawn up for their mother.
The incident occurred on February 16 in the Osnovyansky district of the city. When law enforcement officers entered the house, they found unsanitary conditions.

Broken toys lay on the floor in the children's room, and the wooden crib was covered with a dirty blanket. There was spoiled food in pots and plates in the kitchen, and empty bottles of alcohol and mountains of cigarette butts stood by the stove.
The children were removed from the family and taken to the children's hospital for medical examination and, if necessary, medical assistance.
It is known that the eldest boy is only four years old, and the youngest is two. When the brothers were taken away from their mother, they were dirty and hungry. Whether they have a father and what part he takes in the upbringing of his sons is unknown.
An administrative protocol was drawn up for the mother, who was in the house at the time of the arrival of the police, under Article 184 (Failure by parents to raise children) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
