One of the most famous “lolita” American billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, Virginia Giuffre has filed a lawsuit in a New York court against British Prince Andrew. She officially declares that the son of the British queen raped her when she was 17 years old.
Giuffre, 38, previously said that Epstein, who committed suicide in New York prison, accused of sexually exploiting dozens of women and teenage girls, demanded that she have sexual intercourse with the prince several times.
Now she asks the court to determine the amount of damage suffered by her as a result of the rape and beatings allegedly inflicted by her by the prince, and to demand financial compensation from Andrew.
The 61-year-old Prince, Duke of York has repeatedly denied Giuffre's accusations, claiming that he does not remember ever meeting her. In 2019, Andrew had to step down from his duties as a member of the British royal family because of this scandal.
For some reason, Giuffre dragged on with the lawsuit to the last: the laws of the state of New York limited the period during which victims of sexual violence can file a lawsuit, and the statute of limitations in the Giuffre case was coming to an end. The investigation into the Epstein case has been going on for several years, and Giuffre, who from the very beginning actively testified during the investigation, had the opportunity to file a lawsuit for a long time.
It is also unclear why the decision was made to choose a New York court, whose jurisdiction does not extend to the UK, where Prince Andrew resides. Some suggest that Giuffre would once again like to draw attention to her person, NYT reports.
The investigation into the Epstein case was overgrown with incredible, sometimes fantastic details, primarily due to the financier's friendly relations with many powerful people of this world. His orbit of close contacts included US Presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, Microsoft founder, billionaire Bill Gates and many others.
