British general warns of the threat of world war due to pandemic

“I’m just saying that there is a risk and we need to take it into account,” Carter replied to a journalist's clarifying question whether he was talking about the threat of a third world war.
The general urged to remember the victims of past global confrontations in order to prevent their recurrence.
