British Defense Minister called negotiations with Shoigu constructive

British Defense Secretary Wallace said talks with Russian counterpart were constructive

British Defense Minister Ben Wallace called the talks with his Russian counterpart Sergei Shoigu, held earlier in Moscow, constructive. He said that they also touched on the situation around Ukraine, TASS reports.

“It was a constructive and frank discussion. I was grateful that he agreed to meet with me and discuss various issues, including the situation on the Ukrainian border, as well as a draft agreement with NATO,” the British minister said.

The ministers also discussed the importance of implementing the Minsk agreements on the peaceful settlement of the conflict in Donbass.
