One of the recruiters, speaking on the condition of anonymity, told reporters that Cubans were asked to sign a contract for a year. It provides a signing bonus of 195 thousand rubles, followed by a monthly salary of 200 thousand rubles plus 15 days of vacation after the first six months of work.
