Musk in a comment under the message On the decision of Roscosmos to withdraw from the International Space Station project, he wished the Russians a “happy journey.”

Recall that the newly appointed head of Roscosmos, Yuri Borisov, said that Russia was withdrawing from the project International Space Station. He also reported to dictator Putin that the Russian Federation would develop its own project, the so-called Russian Orbital Service Station.
