Russian skier Alexander Bolshunov responded to accusations by the Norwegian national team of misbehavior at the finish of the marathon at the World Championships in Oberstdorf, Germany. His words are quoted by Dagbladet.

Bolshunov said that he was not going to interfere with the Norwegian Johannes Klebo, but to increase his own speed he needed to take the right line. “I had no other choice. This was the only way to win. So I did it, ”added the skier.
