Bolivian President Luis Arce said that his country expects to improve relations with the United States after Joe Biden's victory in the presidential elections.
“The American people participated in the democratic elections that resulted in the election of President Joe Biden and first female Vice President Kamala Harris. We predict better relations with the new government, which will lead to the well-being of our peoples, ”Arce wrote on Twitter.
Earlier, Former President of Bolivia Evo Morales commented on the US presidential election. According to the politician, America is actually ruled by transnational companies and capitalism, and not by elected representatives.
