On June 19, the body of Ukrainian Maria Peshkurova, who died as a result of the Iranian attack on the city of Bat Yam, was pulled from under the rubble in Israel.

This was reported by the Israeli Channel 9.

Rescuers pulled the body of 31-year-old Peshkurova from under the rubble. She and her family died when an Iranian ballistic missile fell on a residential high-rise on June 15. A total of nine people died then.

The Ukrainian woman's seven-year-old daughter Anastasia Burik, who had been treated for cancer in Israel for the past three years, died along with her. Maria's mother, 60-year-old Elena Peshkurova, and Maria's nephews Kostya and Ilya also died in the attack.

Recall that on June 15, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reported that five Ukrainians were killed in the city of Bat Yam as a result of an Iranian missile strike on Israel. Among them were three children.

It later became known that Iran's attack on Israel took the lives of an entire Ukrainian family from Odessa, who had come to the Middle Eastern country to fight for the life of 7-year-old Nastya.

Maria's husband, Artem Burik, serves in the 95th Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Sumy direction. He spoke about the tragedy and reported that the bodies of his wife, daughter and two nephews were found quickly, but the grandmother was found only four days after the house collapsed.
