A python swallowed a man whole in Indonesia. The man was on a plantation when the huge snake attacked him. After his disappearance, his relatives and fellow villagers searched for him.

A local farmer was attacked by an 8-metre python in Majapahit village. When the reptile was spotted by locals, they noticed its unusually large body. It turned out that inside the snake was the body of a man who had recently gone missing.
It is known that the deceased was a 63-year-old farmer La Noti. Neighbors reported that the man did not show up for the meeting, and his family noted that the farmer had not returned home from the plantation since the evening. A motorcycle was parked near his house, but La Noti himself was nowhere to be found. So fellow villagers searched for the man together until they found a snake.
Together, the men caught a large python and used knives to cut out the body from its belly. It belonged to the missing farmer.
Journalists write that the snake may have attacked the man while he was tending to his chickens. The farmer was unable to fight off the python, as he did not have a weapon. According to local authorities, this is the first time a python has attacked a person. However, snakes have repeatedly entered plantations and hunted livestock in Indonesia. This most often happens during the rainy season.
