This blockade is beneficial, first of all, only to the initiative group that now supports these protests, Taras Vysotsky is convinced.
The blockade on the Ukrainian-Polish border affects two sides. And it causes damage to both Ukraine and Poland .
This was stated by First Deputy Minister of Agricultural Policy Taras Vysotsky during a telethon on November 17.
“It is worth noting that the blockade affects both sides. That is, there is no opportunity for European producers, Polish food producers to sell their products to Ukraine. Therefore, European and Polish producers of dairy products, meat products, etc. also suffer losses. Therefore, here an absolutely illogical situation that causes damage to both sides. It seems that this is still beneficial, first of all, only to the initiative group that now supports these protests. This is an absolutely economic minus for Poland as a country, for Ukraine as a country and, in principle , for other European countries,” Vysotsky said.
Let us remind you that on November 6 , a strike of Polish carriers began at the border. It was reported that the movement of freight transport was blocked in the direction of the Yagodin-Dorogusk, Krakovets-Korcheva, and Rava-Russkaya-Grebnoye checkpoints.
