US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken promised Russia to respond harshly in case of aggression against Ukraine. He announced this on Sunday, February 13, TASS reports.

According to him, the West's reaction to the potential aggression of the Russian Federation would be “quick, unified and tough.”

On February 11, the US Secretary of State said that Russia could launch an invasion of Ukraine at any time, including during the Beijing Olympics. On the eve of the date of Russia's “invasion” of Ukraine, US President Joe Biden named February 16.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that it is necessary to provide evidence that it is on this date that an invasion of Ukraine is planned. “If you or some people have additional information about the Russian Federation’s 100% invasion of Ukraine starting on the 16th [February], please give us such information,” he said.
