Tesla is caught in a racist scandal. At least the California court ordered the company to pay compensation in such a case, upholding the claim of a former employee.
This was reported by the CBS News agency. Former Tesla employee Melvin Berry filed and won a racial insult lawsuit. As he told a source in an interview, he was called an offensive word with the letter “N” and humiliated in every possible way, because of which he was afraid to go to work.
Despite Tesla's denial of such a relationship in production, the court upheld the claim. By decision, the defendant paid $ 266,000 to Berry and $ 756,000 to his lawyer.
