The Russian Navy has begun scheduled exercises in the operational zones of the Caspian Flotilla and three of its fleets, except for the Black Sea.
Russia began large-scale multi-day naval exercises on Tuesday, July 30, which will take place simultaneously in the Pacific Ocean, the Arctic, and the Baltic and Caspian Seas. The Black Sea Fleet will not take part in the exercises, as it is involved in the war with Ukraine, in which it has already suffered significant losses.

More than 20 thousand military and civilian personnel from the Navy, naval aviation and coastal forces are taking part in this latest “sabre rattling” of the aggressor state. In addition, the following are involved in the maneuvers:
The program of the multi-day exercises includes more than 300 combat exercises with the use of weapons. In particular, the Russians will conduct anti-aircraft and artillery fire at surface, underwater and air targets.
It is noted that the main goal of the training is to check the readiness of the command and personnel to carry out combat missions.
Recall that the Russian Federation has begun training in the use of nuclear missile launchers. As part of the exercises, the missile forces will move, deploy and camouflage the Yars mobile missile launchers.
