President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the shelling of a kindergarten that took place on February 17 in Stanytsia Luhanska was a big provocation.
– The shelling of a kindergarten in Stanytsia by pro-Russian forces is a big provocation. It is important that the diplomats and the OSCE stay in Ukraine – their monitoring activities are an additional deterrent,” the President of Ukraine wrote on Twitter.
He added that an “effective mechanism for fixing” all violations of silence in ORDLO is needed.
Recall that the Russian occupation troops fired artillery at Stanytsia Luhanska, one of the shells hit the kindergarten, where the kids were at that time.
Preliminary it became known that the children were not injured, but two workers received shell shock.
