Political scientist Vadim Denisenko believes that the way out White House head Joe Biden from the presidential race is “one of the painful blows to Putin.”
The political scientist expressed this opinion on his page on the Internet.

Secondly, in his opinion, Russian propaganda was preparing that Biden would withdraw from the presidential race.
“And so far their main message is very primitive and was voiced by speaker Volodin: “Biden must be held accountable for the unleashed conflict in Russia, this is the main line of counterattack, or more precisely, defense, of the Russians. And it is stupid, because it is designed exclusively for a part of Russians and a small part of the countries of the global south,” the political scientist noted.
Denisenko believes that “Biden beat Putin. And most of Putin’s circle understands this.”
“I in no way want to draw linear conclusions in this aspect. We just have to understand: this story will continue the moment Putin is shaken. Biological clock anyway will work. Symbolic things, and Biden’s voluntary departure is symbolic, sometimes work more effectively than repressive or military operations,” he concluded.
