Terrorists do not need stability in the Middle East.
US President Joe Biden said that the reason for the attack by Hamas militants on Israel could be the rapprochement between the United States and Saudi Arabia, as well as Washington's efforts to strengthen stability in the Middle East.
He stated this during a press conference, Ukrinform reports.
“I believe that one of the reasons why Hamas struck was because they knew that I was working very closely with the Saudis and other (countries – ed.) in the region to bring peace to the region by recognizing Israel and the rights of Israel to exist,” Biden said.
The US President noted that he cannot support his words with evidence, but this is his personal opinion.
Biden, in this context, recalled the discussion at the G20 summit of a large-scale railway project that would connect India with Europe through the Middle East.
Let us recall that it was previously reported that the US Congress may finally approve an aid package for Ukraine in mid-December .
In addition, we previously reported that US President Donald Trump published a campaign video in which he boasted of his “friendship” with Putin and Kim Jong-in .
