Ukraine may strike back at Russian forces that are bombing or preparing to bomb Kharkov and the region.
The administration of US President Joe Biden secretly allowed Ukraine to attack Russian territory with weapons provided by the United States, but there are restrictions. The Ukrainian Armed Forces can strike only in areas bordering the Kharkov region.

With reference to the words of two American officials, as well as “other people familiar with this step” by the US leader, the publication refers to strikes on targets that are shelling the Kharkov region.
It is also added that this move will not be publicly announced.
“The President recently directed his team to ensure that Ukraine has the right to use American weapons to counter the fire in Kharkov so that Ukraine can retaliate against Russian forces that strike or prepare to strike,” the official confirmed.< /p>
We recall that Western publications have already reported that US President Joe Biden is close to allowing Ukraine to use Western weapons to strike Russian territory. The media called this decision one of the most important presidential steps in recent years.
