Therefore, we can probably say that Biden will again be friendlier to formulate what Trump did harder and more aggressively, “Kneissl suggested.
Some European countries have hoped for a reset in relations with the United States after the presidential elections. For example, German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said that Berlin hopes for productive cooperation with Washington.
