“We're not ruling that out,” Biden replied when asked if he really did not rule out a lawsuit against the administration and the General Services Administration (GSA), which should give the green light to the official transfer of power.

On Nov.19, it was reported that the Trump team plans to close their election-related lawsuits shortly when the electoral college meets in December.

Prior to that, it became known that Trump's headquarters waived most of the requirements in the lawsuit, which was aimed at challenging the voting results in the state of Pennsylvania. The claim was filed in a new wording.

He has already proclaimed himself US President-elect.

Trump, in turn, said that Biden was quick to call himself the country's new leader. He pointed out that the elections are not officially over yet, and the results will be appealed in court.
