Kamala Harris
The candidate in US presidents from Democratic party and former Vice-President Joseph Biden was elected Senator Kamala Harris as a candidate for Vice-President. This was announced by the politician in his Twitter account.
“I have the honour to inform you that I chose Kamala Harris is a fearless fighter for the little guy and one of the best public servants in the country — as my partner”, — he wrote. According to Reuters, Harris became the first black woman nominated for the post.
Kamala Harris is a Senator from the state of California in 2017. To 2011 he held the post of attorney General of California.
The United States presidential election is scheduled for November 3. It is expected that the candidate from Republicans will be acting head of state, Donald trump, the Democrats will present Joseph Biden.
