And I really think so, ”he pointed out. The presidential candidate noted that he also considers China to be a serious opponent of the United States.
In addition, Biden commented on rumors of Moscow's interference in the American electoral process: he said that a price would be paid for them, and that would be an economic price.
On September 10, the United States imposed sanctions on three Russians and a Ukrainian due to interference in American elections and cyber attacks.
