The headquarters of the Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden has begun preparations for the transfer of power from the current administration of President Donald Trump, although the election results have not yet been confirmed. Reported by CNN.

It is noted that Biden, together with his vice-presidential candidate Kamala Harris, launched a corresponding section on the candidate's website Buildbackbetter.com, where they outlined the main directions of their work during the Biden presidency. These will be the fight against COVID-19, racial inequality and climate change, and economic recovery.

The candidate's team intends to start work as early as Monday, November 9. They will cover the process of the transfer of power on the Twitter account of the Biden-Harris Presidential Transition (Biden-Harris Presidential Transition).

The official vote count for the US presidential elections has not yet been completed. However, Biden has already declared himself elected head of state after he won 290 on November 7 against the required 270 electoral votes. The current American leader Donald Trump does not agree with this and intends to appeal the results of the vote in court.

“We are just starting the stage of summing up the results. We must consider these claims. We see a number of affidavits of voting fraud, ”he wrote on his Twitter. At the same time, a number of foreign states, for example Germany and France, as well as the NATO Secretary General, have already congratulated Biden on his victory.
