Joe Biden

US presidential candidate Joe Biden leads the state of Texas. This is reported by Fox News, citing the current vote count.

Texas is considered a traditionally Republican state, the positions of the Democrats, from whom Biden is running, are rather weak in it. However, at the moment, 50.2 percent of voters vote for him. The incumbent President, Republican Donald Trump, was supported by 48.5 percent.

Biden also leads the key state of Pennsylvania by a wide margin. At the time of this writing, 79.7 percent of citizens voted for a Democrat, 19.5 percent voted for Trump. This state is “hesitant” and the voting results in it can become decisive in the elections.

Earlier, Trump said that the Republicans performed well in all the “wavering” states. “We're doing well in Florida, Arizona, incredible in Texas. I heard we are leading everywhere, that's great, ”he said speaking at the headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.

November 3 is general election day in the United States. Citizens elect a president and vice president, and 35 senators, the entire House of Representatives, 13 governors and local government representatives will be elected. The current head of state, Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Joe Biden, who served as vice president under Barack Obama, are fighting for the top post.
