Air defense systems were activated over Belgorod and the region on September 2. There were hits in the city and nearby villages, fires broke out. Destruction of houses and cars was recorded.

In the village of Dubovo two houses and four cars caught fire. Windows and facades were damaged. A woman was injured. She was taken to hospital with a mine blast injury and a concussion.
In the village of Maysky one house caught fire. The Ministry of Emergency Situations employees extinguished the fires. There, windows were knocked out and the fence of one house was hacked up, and two cars were also damaged.
By the way, the Russian military command gave the order to intensify shelling of the territories of the Kursk region controlled by the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
