The EU, considering the PRC document on the peaceful end of the war, they will pay attention to the friendly relations between China and Russia, the head of the EC emphasized.
The European Union reacted to the so-called peace plan of China, which allegedly can end the war in Ukraine. In this context, the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, reproached China for “friendship with the Russian Federation”.
This is what she said about European politics during her visit to Estonia on Friday, February 24, reports The Guardian.

Chinese “peace plan” to end the war in Ukraine
On the anniversary of the Russian invasion, the Chinese Foreign Ministry website published the text of the “peace plan”, which consisted of 12 points. In particular:
- Respect for the sovereignty of all countries.
- Abandoning the Cold War mentality.
- cessation of hostilities.
- resumption of peace talks.
- resolution of the humanitarian crisis.
- protection of civilians and prisoners of war.
- maintaining the safety of nuclear power plants
- reducing strategic risks.
- facilitating grain exports.
- ending unilateral sanctions.
- Maintaining the stability of industrial and supply chains.
- Promoting post-conflict reconstruction.
Meanwhile, experts are convinced that if China takes Russia's position, there will be a world war.
