In France, bees suddenly and en masse attacked passers-by. Such cases are quite rare.
The incident took place on Sunday, July 6, in the municipality of Aurillac in the Cantal department in the south of the country, Channel 24 reported, citing BFMTV.
What are the consequences of bee attacks on people?
For unknown reasons, hundreds of bees pounced on passersby and attacked them for several minutes. 24 people were stung, three of whom ended up in hospital. They are now in serious condition.
Representatives of the beekeeping community call the case very rare. They note that the reasons for such behavior of the swarm are not exactly clear.
By the way, earlier on the Odessa beach a swarm of bees surrounded the belongings of vacationers who had gone away for lunch. There were quite a few sun loungers on the beach, but the bees surrounded only one. The video shows that there really are a lot of them.
The vacationers called the State Emergency Service. However, it suddenly turned out that among the tourists on the beach there was a beekeeper, who was also a lifeguard by profession. He agreed to save the things and thanks to this no one was hurt.
