Basketball CSKA wanted to move to another city

The president of CSKA basketball club Andrei Vatunin said that the Moscow team could move to another city. His words are quoted by “Sport-Express”.

Vatunin said that CSKA's home arena on Leningradsky Prospekt is going to be demolished. According to him, instead of USK CSKA, it is planned to build a common training arena for several sports with a minimum capacity, so basketball players are forced to look for a new building, and due to the high cost of real estate in the capital, they may move to another city.
