At a zoo in China, a dog was shown instead of a lion
In the new zoo in Sichuan, a golden retriever was shown instead of an African lion, Vesti reports.
One of the guests of the zoo noticed that the dog was sitting in an enclosure with the words “African lion” written on it. He accused the zoo administration of providing false information, and also claims that there is no real king of animals in the zoo, despite the fact that the zoo invited visitors to look at the lions.
The zoo staff explained that the predator simply moved to another enclosure, but the sign remained. Why the retriever was sitting at this enclosure is not reported.
Earlier, a similar incident occurred at a zoo in Hubei province – there, in the wolf enclosure, visitors saw a Rottweiler.
