ASUS has unveiled the Zenfone 8 smartphone – perhaps the smallest flagship of 2021.
The diagonal screen of the device is only 5.9 inches. The panel is characterized by a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, protected by Gorilla Glass Victus. The smartphone is presented in silver and black colors. There is protection against water and dust according to the IP65 / IP68 standard.
The Zenfone 8 is powered by Qualcomm's most powerful processor to date, the Snapdragon 888, which provides 5G support. ASUS claims the Zenfone 8 beats the Xiaomi Mi 11 in AnTuTu.
The device is equipped with a 4000 mAh battery. There is support for fast 30-W charging. The main camera of Zenfone 8 is represented by two sensors: the main one at 64 megapixels (wide, optical image stabilization) and an additional one at 12 megapixels (ultra wide). The front camera is embedded in the screen, the sensor resolution is 12 megapixels.
The smartphone has a 3.5 headphone jack. Zenfone 8 comes with a charger in the box. Prices start at 599 euros.
