Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed an attack aircraft and shot down an enemy fighter in the Kiev region

Two more enemy air targets were destroyed in the Kiev region. Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny announced this on his Facebook.

As soon as an SU-25 was destroyed in the sky over the Kiev region and an enemy SU-35 was shot down,” he wrote.

It is worth recalling that the SU-25 is an attack aircraft, designed to provide air support in the combat zone and destroy objects with given coordinates.

SU-35, in turn, is a fourth-generation multi-role fighter.

In total, on March 16, 10 enemy air targets were shot down, including several fighters. This is reported by the Command of the Air Forces of Ukraine.
