The Russian invaders launched a missile attack on the underground train of missiles and aviation ammunition in Delyatyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
This was announced by Yury Ignat, speaker of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to him, experts are determining which missile hit the object.
— Indeed, the enemy has struck at our storage depots, which have already been indicated. The rocket type will be set. We have damage, we have destruction. There is a detonation of ammunition. The victims are being clarified,” Ignat said.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry said that the attack was carried out by the Kinzhal aviation missile system. And they even published a video of the strike.
According to the speaker of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, at present our command cannot confirm or deny information about the type of missile.
– Ukraine, unfortunately , has become a testing ground for testing the entire arsenal of Russian missile weapons. They use missiles flying two thousand kilometers, five and a half thousand kilometers in range – these are cruise missiles, Iskander operational-tactical systems, Caliber cruise missiles and other Kh-101, Kh-55, Kh-555. There was a statement about Kinzhal, which the Russians brag about. We don't know what the rocket actually was. We can’t confirm yet,” said Yuri Ignat.
