If your iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro does not make a sound in the speaker when you make or receive calls, it is likely to be repaired, ”the company said.
Under the terms of the service program, defective speakers will be replaced free of charge. If a user encounters such a problem, they need to contact the Apple Retail Store or support on the Apple website. It is noted that service support applies only to the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro models, but does not apply to the iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max.
