Also, under the new conditions, which the IT giant calls “part of the strategy to update the App Store policy,” each developer will be able to directly contact users of Apple products and offer payment options independent of the Apple ecosystem. Under the new conditions, developers will be able to set up to 500 price points for their products.
The amount of $ 100 million is being announced because Apple will split this money between app owners who earned less than 1 million from June 2015 to April 2021. Each such developer will receive support payments ranging from $ 30,000 to $ 250,000.
