The cost of some Apple technology will increase. This is reported by 9to5mac, citing Wedbush analyst Daniel Ives.
Ives believes that at the presentation on April 20, the American company will present an updated iPad Pro. According to insiders, the cost of tablets will rise in comparison with the prices of current models. Ives does not say how much the devices will rise in price. At the moment, two versions of the iPad Pro are available in the Apple store – a model with an 11-inch display is sold from 70 thousand rubles, a version with a 12.9-inch screen is priced at least 87 thousand rubles.
In a research note, the specialist noted that Apple is in the middle of the iPhone 12 supercycle. The expert believes that the company is satisfied with the demand for the flagship and plans to supply the iPhone 13 with an increased circulation – from 80 to 100 million units.
At the end of the document, it is reported that Apple is getting out of the coronavirus crisis wisely. The demand for the company's products has increased – both in the consumer and corporate markets. Against the background of the gradual lifting of restrictions and the growth of incomes of the population, Daniel Ives believes that nothing threatens Apple's sales of gadgets.
Earlier, Wedbush analyst said that the release of the iPhone 13 will take place just in time – in early September. Apple hopes that the delivery time will not be disrupted and consumers will be able to purchase new devices in October.
