Another military commander and his wife were found dead in the Russian Federation.
Former commander of the 6th Army of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Russian Federation, 68-year-old Vladimir Sviridov, was found dead in his home. Next to him lay the body of his 72-year-old wife Tatyana Sviridova.
This was reported by the Russian Telegram channel Baza.
According to the channel, the bodies were discovered on the afternoon of November 15 in their house in the village of Adzhievsky, Stavropol Territory. According to preliminary information, the couple died about a week earlier.
“Gas service employees have already taken measurements and no excess of the permissible concentration of harmful substances has been detected,” writes Baza.
What caused the death of the ex-commander of the Russian Air Force and his wife is unknown.
Sviridov commanded the 6th Army of the Russian Air Force and Air Defense, which is stationed in St. Petersburg, from 2005 to 2009.

Earlier, in the Russian Krasnodar, an unknown person shot and killed the commander of the Krasnodar submarine, Stanislav Rzhitsky, who was involved in the terrorist attack on Vinnitsa on July 14, 2022.
In addition, in April, the first deputy general director and chief engineer of Yakutskenergo, Igor Shkurko, was found dead in a pre-trial detention center in Yakutsk. The court sent the top manager to pre-trial detention on March 31, the day after his arrest in a bribery case.
