Ukrainians refugees abroad – what is known
Recall that if Ukraine is defeated in the war against the Russian Federation, the number of Ukrainian refugees may increase to 10 million. The country that will accept more of those fleeing war may be Germany.
Meanwhile, in Poland, temporary protection of Ukrainian refugees can be extended only until June 30, 2024. Ukrainians who plan to continue to stay in the country have become more active in applying for residence permits.
We also wrote that only 25.2% of refugees from Ukraine work, in particular, in Germany. In Denmark, 78% of Ukrainians have already found work.
