Another Arab country has prepared to reconcile with Israel – Sudan announced its terms for such an agreement. RIA Novosti reported this with reference to the Arabic-language press.
In particular, the Muslim state wants to be removed from the list of countries sponsoring terrorism. Khartoum negotiated with Washington to remove Sudan from the list published by the United States, and the Sudanese delegation was invited to negotiate with the American authorities.
According to local publications, the United States will provide $ 7 billion in aid to Sudan. In response, the representatives of the African state pledged to conclude an agreement to normalize relations with Israel.
What will be discussed at the talks in Abu Dhabi, it became known earlier in September, said an Israeli source.
On September 15, Israel, the UAE and Bahrain signed a peace agreement at the White House. According to the agreements signed, Abu Dhabi and Manama recognize the State of Israel, while it will suspend the spread of sovereignty to Jewish settlements in the West Bank. In a joint statement, the countries announced that the move would further move towards peace throughout the Middle East.
