Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said that the tenth plane arrived in Kiev with military assistance from the United States. The minister wrote about this in a message posted on his Twitter page.
– Today is “Open Doors Day” at Boryspil Airport! Immediately after the 9th bird from the United States, the 10th bird flew. Over 80 tons of ammunition,” Reznikov said in a statement.
Recall, on the evening of February 9, it became known that two planes arrived at Boryspil airport with military assistance for the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the United States. It was clarified that these aircraft with ammunition are part of a $200 million ready-to-use aid approved in January.
Also on February 9, military assistance from Britain was received in Ukraine – it sent bulletproof vests and helmets.
